FRA is recruiting for the role of a temporary Accounts Payable Associate who will be responsible for assisting with accounts payable transactions, processes, and accounting for EU and US entities.  The ideal candidate will have at least four years of experience in a Finance department undertaking an Accounts Payable role.  This role will offer the successful candidate the opportunity to develop their Accounting skills and gain experience in a dynamic and growing business. 
Overview of Responsibilities/duties:
  • Manage full circle accounts payable processes for Europe/US entities working closely with the Accounts Payable Team
  • Develop and maintain productive business relationships with internal and external vendors through timely and accurate payments and communications
  • Develop, implement, maintain, and ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and controls to ensure efficiency, productivity, and compliance with internal and regulatory policies
  • Assist with employee expense reimbursement process
  • Monthly bank reconciliations
  • Ad-hoc requests and reporting for the business
Qualifications/Skills/Experience:
  • Four or more years of experience in an Accounts/Finance department
  • Organized, proactive with excellent attention to detail
  • Good communication, customer service, and relationship management skills
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel
  • Ability to self-manage and work as part of a team
  • Ideally, experience in Microsoft D365, although not essential
