We are seeking an ambitious and entrepreneurial Marketing Senior Associate to support business development and marketing efforts through research, coordination, content management, and marketing technology support.
The nature of the role is broad, allowing scope for you to have an impact quickly. You will need to take initiative, drive ideas over the line with a collaborative attitude, and be happy to jump in across different business development and marketing tasks. You will report into the Bids & Proposals Manager based in Dallas, TX, working alongside and supporting the established marketing team.

Key Responsibilities
BD & Proposal Support
  • Assist with proposal coordination and preparation (formatting, content assembly, logistics)
  • Conduct company, market, and opportunity research in support of BD efforts
  • Support pitch materials and credentials updates
Marketing & Content Support
  • Maintain and update marketing materials and content libraries (e.g. UpSlide content, sell sheets, brochures)
  • Assist with targeted campaigns and communications
  • Coordinate international industry award and ranking submissions
  • Support planning and coordination of events (internal/external)
  • Support tracking and internal reporting of marketing and BD activities
Martech & Systems Support
  • Help maintain and update marketing technology (e.g., InterAction CRM, UpSlide, Concep)
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems
  • Support reporting and tracking of BD/marketing activities
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Highly developed organizational, time management, and coordination skills
  • An excellent eye for detail
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Proactive and clear communication skills
  • Very good proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Confident, friendly, and professional approach
  • Able to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced, agile organization
  • Strong team-working skills
  • Enthusiastic, with a flexible ‘can do’ attitude to work and a desire to develop
  • Ability to establish relationships with colleagues at all levels
  • Educational Background: Ideally a bachelor's degree in communications, business development, marketing, journalism, English, or a related field
Experience with content management and CRM systems is beneficial but not required
